The Seller advertised the goods are already in the United States with guaranteed delivery before Jan 21st. But it didn't arrive in time and the seller explained that it was a customs issue (that should have never occured if already domestic shipping). The seller then asked me to lie about the reason of refunding or possibly took the refund out of AliExpress and do Paypal instead, seller gave me specific instructions of saying "I have received goods and I didn't want them for a personal reason "(which is a lie, I have never received the order. ) After I explained that I was uncomfortable doing that the seller rejected my refund for not being able to lie about what happened. It has been three weeks going back and forth I really can't waste my time on this anymore and nobody should.
